You can order from Urban Nature Culture through our sales team, by email, telephone, website or trade shows.
Free delivery for orders over £800 and there are NO additional charges for duty, clearance or carriage.
The minimum order value is £500 and a carriage charge of £50 will be made for orders between £500 and £799.

Orders can be amended or cancelled until they ship from Amsterdam, at this point, nothing can be changed as we do not have a UK warehouse to store goods.
The goods ship to a distribution company in the UK and they ship, using the Palletline network, to your local depot who call you to book the shipment in.
Invoices are raised by Casa Grande Ltd as the UK importer in £ sterling and VAT will be charged.
